परिचय

व्यक्तिगत/सामुहिक दुर्घटना बीमा
यस बीमालेखमा उल्लेख भएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम बीमा गर्नको लागि बीमित वा बीमितको तर्फबाट बीमालेख धारकले पूरा बीमाशुल्क भुक्तानी गरेके हुनाले बीमक र बीमित बीचको द्बिपक्षीय बीमा करारको रुपमा हिमालयन जनरल ईन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लि. ले यो बीमा जारी गरेको छ ।

रक्षावरण

१. दुर्घटनाको कारणले भएको मृत्युः 
यस बीमालेख अन्तर्गत दुर्घटनाको प्रत्यक्ष कारणबाट दुर्घटना भएको एकसय त्रियासी दिन भित्र बीमितको मृत्यु भएमा क्षतिपूर्ति स्वरूप बीमकले शत प्रतिशत बीमाङ्क प्रदान गर्नेछ ।
२. पार्थिव शरिर व्यवस्थापन तथा किरिया खर्च:
दुर्घटनाबाट बीमितको मृत्यु भएको खण्डमा बीमितको पार्थिव शरिरको परिवहन तथा व्यवस्थापन गर्न दश हजार रुपैयाँ बराबरको रकम प्रदान गर्नेछ ।
स्पष्टिकरण: यस दफाको प्रयोजनको लागि बीमकले कुनै बील भरपाई माग गर्ने छैन ।
३. काज किरिया खर्च: 
दुर्घटनाबाट बीमितको मृत्यु भएमा बीमकले बीमाङ्कको अतिरिक्त थप हुनेगरी बीमाङ्कको १० प्रतिशत वा पचास हजार रूपैयाँ मध्ये जुन कम हुन्छ सोही बराबरको रकम प्रदान गर्नेछ ।
४. स्थायी पूर्ण अशक्तताः  
(१) बीमा गराएको अवधि भित्र भएको दुर्घटनाको कारणले दुर्घटनाको मितिबाट तीनसय पैंसठ्ठी दिन भित्र बीमित स्थायी पूर्ण अशक्त भएमा बीमकले बीमाङ्कको ५० प्रतिशत वा शत प्रतिशत नियम बमोजिमको क्षतिपूर्ति प्रदान गर्नेछ ।
स्पष्टिकरण: माथिका सबै प्रयोजनको लागि बीमकले कुनै बील भरपाई माग गर्ने छैन ।
५. स्थायी आंशिक अशक्तताः
बीमा गरिएको अवधि भित्र भएको दुर्घटनाको कारणले दुर्घटनाको मितिबाट तीनसय पैंसठ्ठी दिन भित्र बीमित स्थायी आंशिक अशक्त भएमा बीमकले बीमाङ्कको १० प्रतिशत, २० प्रतिशत वा ५० प्रतिशत सम्म नियम बमोजिमको क्षतिपूर्ति प्रदान गर्नेछ ।
६. अस्थायी पूर्ण अशक्तताः
दुर्घटनाको कारणबाट बीमित अस्थायी पूर्ण अशक्त भई आफ्नो पेशा व्यवसाय गर्न पूर्ण रूपमा असक्षम भएमा बीमाङ्कको सीमाभित्र रहने गरी छव्वीस हप्तासम्म बीमकले प्रतिमहिना बीमाङ्कको पाचँ प्रतिशत वा मासिक बीसहजार रूपैयाँ मध्ये जुन कम हुन आउँछ सोही बराबरको रकम उपलब्ध गराउने छ ।
७. औषधी उपचारः
दुर्घटनाको कारणबाट बीजमतलाई औषधी उपचार गर्दा खर्च भएमा बीमकले बीमाङ्कको अतिरिक्त थप हुनेगरी एक लाख रूपैयाँ सम्मको रकम बिल भरपाई अनुसार शोधभर्ना गर्नेछ ।
